Approach
As an expressionist artist I'm interested in expressing emotions and inner states of mind rather than what the physical world looks like.
2002–present: Painting to commission and for Scarlet Ark gallery. Exported paintings to Canada, Australia, Africa, France, Belgium and exhibited and sold to galleries and retail outlets in the UK, from Edinburgh to Oxford, established hand made designer jewellery company Googa-joo and working as a Hypnotherapist with an emphasis on creative excellence
2003: Exhibited in The National Exhibition Centre
2000: Nominated for national Medal of Excellence for Design and Extended Embroidery. Highly Commended
1998: Winner of national Medal of Excellence for Working Designs and Extended Embroidery
1998-2006: Freelance artist
1998: Work used in a promotional video for City and Guilds
1997: Banner design exhibited in Barbican , London
1997: Awarded top of the range sewing machine by Husqvarna To initiate greater interest in machine embroidery in the South West
